At Chadwick International we have a Student (and Teacher) tech captain program in place. The Captains serve as direct contact for their peers, helping them with their Laptops in our 1:1 Mac environment. Once in a week, they will join the Tech exploratories. This is where students will work on their tech skills, get advanced training in specific areas, learn about building a team, and demonstrate and apply their knowledge in an efficient way. We are lucky with this setup, although it's not fully established yet, we are still in the process of initialising all procedures and facilities. A great thing to do!
